Job summary

MAU seeks a Human Resources Manager to provide site-wide HR expertise for approximately 350-450 temporary associates, ensuring compliant hiring, onboarding, wage changes, and payroll accuracy.

You will lead HR investigations, coordinate training with MAU Corporate, manage employee relations, conduct safety and performance programs, and partner with site leadership to align HR policies with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years applicable experience.
• Lean Greenbelt preferred.
• Root cause analysis training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-wide HR expertise for approximately 350-450 temporary associates.
• Post job openings and job transfers; coordinate interviews.
• Lead HR investigations including EEOC/discrimination charges and harassment claims.
• Administer the payroll and wage-change processes; ensure timely reporting to payroll.
• Train management on the PDA format and evaluation standards; support performance development.
