Job summary

Jewish Family Home Care is seeking an HR Associate to support the Human Resources Director in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. The role includes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding coordination, and maintaining HR records.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree (HR certifications a plus) and at least three years of onboarding experience, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or home health care settings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; HR certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of three (2) years of onboarding experience in HR, preferably in nonprofit/healthcare/home health care.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain quality relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting, identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and start-date logistics with hiring managers.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Administer employee benefits enrollments and education, as needed.
• Produce reports and manage data in HRIS and other systems.
