Romanoff Renovations seeks an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on employee engagement, payroll processing with UKG Pro, HRIS support, and hands-on site travel to job locations to reinforce company culture.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detailed-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information while supporting regional offices and field teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of HR experience or related field.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to travel to job sites.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll processing using UKG Pro and comply with laws.
• Maintain and update employee records in UKG HRIS.
• Travel to regional offices and job sites to provide in‑person HR support.
• Assist onboarding, benefits enrollment, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Support HR policy adherence and internal audits.
