Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience or related field.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices as needed.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR ambassador across a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Provide administrative payroll support using UKG Pro and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain employee records in UKG HRIS (new hires, terminations, pay changes, benefits).
• Travel to regional offices to provide on-site HR support and onboarding.
• Assist with adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and HR policies.
• Support audits, maintain I-9s and personnel files, and document properly.
• Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Liaise with HRIS vendors and provide user training as needed.
• Collaborate with field leaders to ensure consistent HR practices.
