Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Marion, OH seeks an Entry Level HR Associate (Employee Experience Manager) to create engaging experiences for employees from recruitment to retirement. You’ll oversee onboarding, coordinate training, and support payroll and benefits administration.

This role partners with campus leadership to address employee relations and wellbeing while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in human resources and/or payroll is preferred.
• Healthcare/long-term care environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a highly engaging orientation.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees.
• Serve as ambassador for recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist in employee counseling and performance matters with leadership.
• Champion Benefits and Wellness and DEIB initiatives at the campus.
