Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, based in Marion, Ohio, seeks an Entry Level HR Associate (Employee Experience Manager) to guide employees and candidates from recruitment through retirement with information and support. You will help create a welcoming experience and ensure accurate records throughout the employment lifecycle.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, delivering training, supporting recognition programs, and partnering with campus leaders on employee issues, payroll, benefits, and DEIB

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in human resources and/or payroll; healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Flexible schedule to include 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding process to ensure engaging orientation aligned with Trilogy's mission, vision, and values.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees.
• Serve as an ambassador for recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist in employee counseling, performance concerns, and other employment matters with campus leadership.
• Champion Benefits and Wellness and DEIB initiatives at the campus, including communications and reporting.
• Maintain campus employee, medical, and benefit information/files including background screening, onboarding, employment, leave, unemployment, and workers' comp reporting.
• Review payroll deductions and reports; process payroll weekly.
• Manage time and attendance by verifying hours, missed punches, labor detail allocations and schedule discrepancies.
