Job summary

The Entry Level HR Associate (Employee Experience Manager) at Trilogy Health Services focuses on creating "wow" experiences for employees and candidates from recruitment to retirement by providing information, education and assistance throughout their candidacy and employment lifecycle.

You will oversee onboarding, manage training programs, support recognition initiatives, assist in employee relations, and champion Benefits and DEIB efforts while maintaining accurate records and timely payroll

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years’ experience in human resources and/or payroll; healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Flexible schedule to include 2nd/3rd shift availability and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding to ensure engaging orientation and communications.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees.
• Serve as ambassador of recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist campus leadership with employee counseling and performance matters.
• Champion Benefits, Wellness and DEIB initiatives with communications and reporting.
• Maintain campus employee files including payroll and benefits information.
• Process payroll weekly and verify hours/timekeeping discrepancies.
