Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of HR/payroll/clerical experience preferred.
Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during seasons.

Responsibilities

Supports recruiting processes: schedule interviews, background checks, job fairs, drug tests, and candidate contact.
Coordinates new hire orientation and I-9 compliance; creates employee files.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable laws.
Supports payroll processing and auditing of HR paperwork.
Participates in HR projects and initiatives, including engagement and assessments.
Maintains confidentiality and follows company policies.
Assists Open Enrollment periods and HR inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
