Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with HR systems/software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and compliance docs.
• Prepare HR reports and payroll-related documents.
• Assist onboarding (I-9) and employee programs; support training.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate to HR leadership when needed.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies.
