Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an entry-level Recruiter Support professional in San Diego to assist our recruiting team with posting openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews. You’ll help with pre-employment tasks and keep candidate records organized.

You will also assist with onboarding, prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork, and respond to employee inquiries while maintaining compliance with state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
• Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and new hire paperwork.
• Employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Create, update, and maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions
• Assist with employee engagement
• Support investigations, documentation, and record-keeping related to employee relations
