Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient new hires, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist new employees during orientation, including training on paperwork.
• Prepare new hire packets for orientation and payroll.
• Keep up to date on agency and funding requirements; assist in compliance.
• Track outstanding new hire paperwork and schedule trainings.
• Assist with onboarding by coordinating offers and communicating with management.
