Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
• Assist with New Employee Orientation and HR documentation.
• Process and monitor job postings and websites.
• Schedule applicant testing and various meetings.
• Maintain HR content for social media and keep OnBase organized.
• Coordinate pre-placement screenings, including drug tests and background checks.
