Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort seeks an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to support efficient HR operations in line with Hyatt's standards. You will assist in implementing people-centric policies across the hotel and collaborate with the HR team to deliver guest and employee satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in HRM/HRD or hospitality management and have at least two years of HR experience, with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in Human Resources roles at a management level.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, compliance and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the Human Resources department as per Hyatt standards.
• Support the HR Manager with implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel.
