Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, retention, and all stages of the colleague lifecycle. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and must maintain the HR office in the Director’s absence.

The position requires handling learning and development, coaching, recognition, labor relations, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and compliance while delivering a caring, supportive colleague experience in a fast-paced

• 2+ years of HR management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Experience in recruiting and employee relations required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to run an HR office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of human resource management experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Labor relations exposure preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
