HR Assistant: Evening Shift, Customer Service & Data Entry

Job description

Primary Purpose

Two positions are currently available. Both provide support to the Employee Relations Manager and work within a team environment. They handle daily administration and Human Resources duties while serving as the face of the company, assisting our hourly and salaried employees, staffing agencies, and potential candidates with daily needs.

Schedule

• 4pm-12:30AM Monday-Friday, occasional required Saturday work as scheduled.
• 10AM-6:30PM Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday work as scheduled.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service/information to all internal and external customers.
• Data entry in various systems such as Oracle HCM, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) and Oracle 12c.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
• Clerical experience required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
