What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage employment data processes
- Audit employee records in HR systems to ensure data integrity during hiring, promotions, and terminations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the employee data lifecycle, providing consultation to stakeholders
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving data management practices
- Assist with SOX control audits, including evidence collection and data monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of HR-related work experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience with Workday or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Strong knowledge of various HR and People Operations processes
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
