Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company is seeking a senior HR leader to build and scale the HR function across 18 locations in NC, SC, and FL. You will design policies, onboarding, and records, create clear ownership between corporate and regional HR, and lead HR for acquisitions and workforce planning.

The role requires strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR delivery, with travel to operating locations routinely expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across multi-location field-based operations.
• Experience building HR processes and policies where none existed.
• Willingness to travel regularly to multiple locations across states.

Responsibilities

• Build core HR infrastructure: policies, handbook, onboarding/offboarding, and records across 18 locations.
• Define operating model ownership between corporate HR and branches/regions.
• Lead HR due diligence and workforce integration for acquisitions and manage HRIS/ATS/ payroll systems.
