Job summary

Texas Western Management Partners is seeking an Accounts Payable & Human Resources Supervisor to oversee HR administration and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring payroll accuracy and financial controls. The role supports team members, managers, vendors, and corporate partners through effective communication and precise recordkeeping.

Responsibilities include payroll coordination, AP processing, month-end tasks, and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of administrative, HR, payroll, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and hospitality industry preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Human Resources operations and respond to inquiries from team members, managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate payroll administration, monitor time records, audit payroll data, and liaise with centralized payroll.
• Manage Accounts Payable: verify invoices and POs, code for approvals, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Prepare month-end accounting tasks, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain payment records.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll records, and HR/department records per company standards.
• Assist with HR initiatives, employee engagement, training, and special projects.
• Coordinate training sessions, materials, attendance, and training records.
