Job summary

Saminco Technologies in Fort Myers, FL seeks a versatile HR/Accounts Payable/Administrative Specialist to support HR operations, manage the full AP cycle, and handle general office administration at our Florida headquarters.

The ideal candidate balances confidential HR data with accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years combined experience in human resources, accounts payable, and/or office administration; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA).
• Understanding of three‑way matching, GL coding, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and accounting/ERP software; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and handle AP cycle including payments and 1099 filings.
• Coordinate data entry, filing, scanning, and general office administration tasks.
• Support month-end close activities and assist with audit requests.
