Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an HR & Training Manager to lead a growing HR team and shape learning and development programs within a nonprofit environment in Indiana.

You will partner with senior leadership to enhance employee relations, performance management, compliance, retention, and workforce development while expanding HR capabilities and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• Experience creating, delivering, or managing learning and development/training programs.
• HRIS experience; Paylocity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while supporting the continued growth of the department.
• Create, deliver, and continuously improve employee learning, development, and compliance training programs.
• Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert with responsibility for Paylocity and Provide systems.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and HR compliance.
• Oversee training tracking, reporting, compliance, and related HR metrics.
