One Family Care, LLC seeks an HR & Billing Administrator to support day-to-day human resources, payroll, billing, client intake, service authorizations, and CFSS/245D program administration. The HR & Billing Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources, payroll, billing, client intake, service authorization, employee documentation, and CFSS/245D program administration functions of One Family Care LLC.
This position works closely with employees, clients, families, case managers/care coordinators, and agency leadership to ensure employee records are current, payroll and billing information is accurate, client intakes and annual paperwork are completed timely, service authorizations are monitored, and staff receive appropriate support and education regarding timesheets, EVV, progress notes, and documentation requirements.
The HR & Billing Administrator must be highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines with appropriate follow-through.
