Job summary

TalentRise, An Aleron Company, is seeking an HR Analyst to join its HR team in Buffalo. This newly created role provides analytical, systems, and operational support across HR, with exposure to Total Rewards, HRIS, workforce analytics, reporting, and broader HR initiatives.

The HR Analyst reports to the Director of Total Rewards and will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive HR efficiency through technology, automation, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Experience in HR analytics, Total Rewards, HRIS or related function.
• Strong ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, metrics and analytics.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, compensation and benefits.
• Support compensation and Total Rewards initiatives with data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with HR on benefits reporting, data analysis, audits and program support.
• Support HRIS reporting and data integrity, identify discrepancies and improvements.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from HR leadership and business partners.
• Translate HR data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Help develop HR processes, reporting tools and dashboards.
