Job summary

The University Health System- San Antonio seeks an HR Analyst – Generalist to provide professional HR consultation, recruitment support, compensation analysis, benefits coordination, and compliance across multiple HR functions. You will partner with leaders and employees to deliver data-driven HR solutions that align with organizational goals and federal/state regulations.

This role uses HRIS, reporting tools, and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and support informed business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 1+ year HR experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Provides recruitment support throughout the hiring process, coordinating activities and ensuring policy compliance.
Performs compensation analysis to support recruitment, retention, promotions, and policies.
Provides analytical support for employee benefits programs, enrollments, and vendor coordination.
Coordinates unemployment claims and workforce compliance with the Texas Workforce Commission.
Supports strategic HR initiatives through HRIS, analytics, and employee engagement projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
