Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS or MA/MS with graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in HR and future of work through coursework or projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and learning agility in changing environments.
• Data literacy with ability to use analytics for insights.
• Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new tools.
• Active user of AI tools and able to explain outputs and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design people strategies.
• Develop critical thinking and a digital-first mindset.
• Present deliverables and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships across summer classes in multiple locations.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship programs.
• Ask sharp questions and drive to clarity in fast-paced settings.
