Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with expected graduation of December 2027 or June 2028.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a digital-first mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership.
• Curious with a growth mindset, strong learning agility and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools.
