We offer a nine‑week Summer Analyst internship in the Corporate Analyst Development Program at JPMorganChase. The role allows you to work on meaningful projects that influence real business outcomes, from improving processes to supporting strategic decisions, and contributes to initiatives that shape how our global businesses operate.
This internship is designed to give you hands‑on experience, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to build transferable skills valuable across any career path. You will collaborate across teams, tackle complex challenges, and see how data, analytics, and emerging tools—including AI—are used responsibly to drive decisions.
Throughout the program you will develop foundational skills in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. You will also build a strong network, gain exposure to different areas of the firm, and develop a broad understanding of how our businesses connect. High‑performing Summer Analysts may receive an offer to return for our full‑time program— a two‑year rotational experience across the three disciplines.
This program is not aligned to front‑office, client‑facing, or software engineering roles. It is ideal for students who enjoy working with data, are intellectually curious, and want to solve problems and improve processes.
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment‑based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, JPMorganChase will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit, including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT). Your performance in this program will be evaluated for the purpose of assessing a full‑time offer post‑graduation, a role that is likewise ineligible for employment‑based immigration sponsorship.
