Job summary

Qualifications

Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and future of work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Data literacy and analytics mindset.
Comfortable with Excel and quick to learn new tools.
Active user of AI tools in studies/projects and able to assess outputs.

Responsibilities

Own an end-to-end project tied to a business priority and present results to senior stakeholders.
Use AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs and surfacing risks.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design forward-looking people strategies.
Develop critical thinking, problem solving, and a digital-first mindset.
Present project deliverables and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
