Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and future of work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Data literacy and analytics mindset.
• Comfortable with Excel and quick to learn new tools.
• Active user of AI tools in studies/projects and able to assess outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a business priority and present results to senior stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs and surfacing risks.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design forward-looking people strategies.
• Develop critical thinking, problem solving, and a digital-first mindset.
• Present project deliverables and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
