Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks an ambitious Human Resources Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst to tackle live HR projects, present tangible results, and learn from senior leaders. You will work with HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders while building skills in data-driven decision making and AI-enabled research.

You will spend 9 weeks gaining hands-on experience, structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with peers across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS or 5th-year MA/MS with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in HR and the future of work through coursework, clubs, internships or projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Comfortable with Excel and able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a business priority, e.g., attrition analysis or onboarding redesign.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs and surfacing risks.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design forward-looking people strategies.
• Develop critical thinking, problem solving, and a digital-first approach to business challenges.
• Present your deliverable and recommendations to senior stakeholders at program end.
