JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks an ambitious Human Resources Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst to tackle live HR projects, present tangible results, and learn from senior leaders. As a 2027 Human Resources Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst at JPMorganChase within Human Resources, you will spend 9 weeks working on live problems alongside HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders. You will own a defined project, ship a tangible deliverable, and present your work to senior stakeholders at the end of the summer. Beyond hands‑on experience, you will benefit from structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with senior leaders and peers across the organization.
