Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is actively seeking a Workday Analytics & Reporting Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on optimizing Workday reporting, governance, and data integration with SAP/Redshift to deliver actionable HR insights.

The ideal candidate brings deep Workday reporting experience, strong BI skills (Power BI/Tableau), and a proven ability to mentor teammates while presenting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or related field.
• At least 5 years in Workday reporting and analytics, including complex reports.
• Hands-on Workday Prism Analytics experience.
• Strong data skills with extraction and cleansing from SAP/Redshift/external systems.
• Experience building dashboards and executive reporting in BI tools.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday, Oracle, UKG, or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleanup and optimization of 3,300+ Workday reports with governance.
• Support complex and custom reporting needs with advanced insights.
• Review and implement HR data governance, security and access.
• Collaborate with leaders to define reporting requirements and improvements.
• Mentor analytics team and share best practices.
• Integrate Workday data with SAP and Redshift; ensure data flow accuracy.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and product measurement frameworks.
• Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Analyze HR product adoption, performance, and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
