CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to support the HR Technology & Reporting team with Workday reporting, Power BI dashboards, data governance, and scalable reporting processes.

You will independently manage HR reporting for moderate complexity, transform data, build dashboards, and deliver insights to HR leaders and stakeholders while collaborating across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, data science, information systems, mathematics, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, workforce analytics, HR analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential data.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Workday reporting, or similar BI tools.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying patterns, trends, or data quality issues.
• Experience using AI-driven analytics tools to support reporting automation and data validation.
• Experience applying data integration and governance practices with privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines with detail-oriented work.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently perform analysis of moderately complex and voluminous workforce data from multiple sources.
• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday, Power BI, Excel, and related platforms.
• Collect, clean, transform, validate, and reconcile HR data for accurate reporting.
• Analyze data and summarize findings within reporting areas.
• Identify and recommend new data sources and methods to improve reporting.
• Create efficient queries and outputs for data requests.
• Support data quality through governance practices and metadata.
• Audit large datasets for inconsistencies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics tools to streamline reporting and validation.
• Communicate findings through summaries, presentations, and dashboards.
