Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst who will transform workforce data into clear recommendations to guide talent decisions across our growing organization.

You will build and deliver dashboards with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Workday, partner with HR and business leaders, lead analytics projects, and translate insights into concise leadership summaries to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI.
• Partner with HR and leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead analytics projects and improve reporting quality and processes.
• Translate insights into concise leadership summaries and presentations.
