Job summary

Grand BK in New Jersey is seeking an HR Analytics/Reporting specialist to own weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR dashboards, including headcount, hires, exits, turnover, movement and span. You will reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll, flagting data-quality issues for the HRIS team.

The role supports compensation, benchmarking, and annual survey submissions, translating data into concise commentary for HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR analytics/compensation support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly/monthly/quarterly HR dashboards (headcount, hires, exits, turnover, movement, span).
• Extract and reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll; flag data-quality issues.
