Job summary

H Mart is looking for a HR Analytics & Compensation Analyst to own weekly/monthly HR dashboards and reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll. You will support compensation analysis for offers, promotions, and internal transfers, and contribute to salary surveys and market benchmarks.

The role also covers org changes, performance support, and career-path upkeep, with strong emphasis on data integrity and secure handling of sensitive information. Fluency in English and Korean is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in HR analytics, compensation support.
• Proficient in Excel with HRIS reporting.
• Familiar with salary surveys (Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, PayScale).
• Strong data integrity and ability to keep confidential data secure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual English/Korean preferred.
• SHRM-CP preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• HR Analytics & recurring reporting: build dashboards, reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll, flag issues.
• Compensation & benchmarking: support offers, promotions, and transfers; pull comp-ratio and market benchmarks.
• Org changes, performance & development: model org-structure changes; support performance-review cycle.
• Career-path & job-architecture upkeep: audit career-path docs; assist with job description updates.
