U-Haul is hiring an Audit Analyst in Phoenix, AZ to support HR analytics and reporting. You will build Power BI dashboards, extract data from Workday/Databricks/SQL, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

The role is fully onsite at the Phoenix campus, with emphasis on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI, SQL and Excel skills, familiarity with Workday, and a degree in business or a quantitative field; Python experience is a plus.

Formación

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL and Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze HR program data and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract and validate data from Workday, Databricks, and SQL warehouses.
• Create ad hoc analyses and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
