The position emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement while maintaining a proactive, professional presence within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, analyst, or support role in HR.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation based on collected data.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and follow-up items are tracked effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with presentations, meeting materials, and communications.
• Support HR and business operations programs, processes, and special projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, organize, and manage information as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all work performed.
