Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Coral Gables, FL seeks an Analyst, HR Business Partner to partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, delivering guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the role builds strong relationships, coaches managers, supports performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and ensures compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Employee relations and investigation experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees as the primary HR partner for assigned organizations.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and manage corrective and disciplinary actions.
• Coach managers on performance management and policy interpretation; support PIPs and talent reviews.
• Support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding; conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.
• Administer HR policies and procedures; prepare HR reports and metrics; support audits and compliance reviews.
