Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a highly organized HR Analyst to bolster HR operations through reporting, coordination, documentation management, and administrative support. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role emphasizes data reporting, project coordination, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years in HR-adjacent roles are preferred, with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in administrative, coordinator, analyst, or support role in HR.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation from data.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with tracking.
• Maintain accurate records, files and confidential documentation.
• Assist with presentations, meeting materials, and communications.
• Support HR and business operations programs, processes and projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize information.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all work.
