Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Analyst to provide hands-on HR partnership across Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Finance. You will support employee relations, performance management, coaching, compliance and day-to-day HR operations.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources and requires 3+ years of HR experience with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Employee relations and investigation experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR partnership to multiple business functions.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
