Qualifications

• Completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (or equivalent)
• One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or Equal Opportunity Assistant
• One year of paraprofessional analytical experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Policy application to help field sites make informed recruitment decisions
• Review job posting steps and coordinate with field sites to correct errors
• Confirm pre-employment requirements are met and prepare hiring documents
• Apply proper salary placement and complete forms for approvals
• Review personnel action requests and track placement updates
• Support hiring events and help develop interview questions
