Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Apply hiring policies and employment rules to help field sites make informed recruitment decisions.
• Review job posting steps and coordinate with field sites to correct errors and keep processes on schedule.
• Confirm that pre-employment requirements are met and prepare hiring documents.
• Apply proper salary placement and complete needed forms for approvals.
• Review personnel action requests and track placement updates for field sites.
• Support hiring events, help develop interview questions, and respond to employment inquiries.
