Hiring Process Management: Prepare and process personnel actions and related documentation; research to support operations.
Policy Guidance: Interpret county, state, and agency rules and ensure compliance in hiring and recruitment processes.
Recruitment Support: Coordinate postings and outreach; represent the agency at job fairs; collaborate with partners.
Applicant Assistance: Respond to inquiries and assist applicants and employees with promotions.
