About The Role

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support key HR operations through both administrative and analytical responsibilities. This role will focus on ensuring accurate employee data management, system support, reporting, and compliance. You will provide critical assistance across functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.

This is a remote role based out of our location at 399 Revolution Drive, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from managers and HR staff regarding the Workday HCM system
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Generate ad-hoc reports to support HR planning and decision-making
  • Process unemployment claims and related inquiries
  • Support internal teams with compliance documentation and benefits-related requests

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate's Degree in a related field required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR or HR support roles required
  • 1–2 years managing employee data required

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems such as Workday, ADP, or PeopleSoft
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
  • Experience in generating and interpreting HR reports
  • Professional communication skills with all levels of employees
  • Knowledge of employee relations and familiarity with workplace regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FMLA, ACA)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
