What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collect, file, and audit online new hire documents while maintaining personnel files
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions within defined timelines
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions in a timely manner
  • Monitor the progress and integration of new hires, providing support as needed
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assign onboarding ambassadors for new employees

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field from an accredited college
  • At least one (1) year of vocational experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in onboarding and recruitment processes
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
  • Reliable with time-sensitive deadlines and tasks
  • Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity
