What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collect, file, and audit online new hire documents while maintaining personnel files
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions within defined timelines
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions in a timely manner
- Monitor the progress and integration of new hires, providing support as needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assign onboarding ambassadors for new employees
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field from an accredited college
- At least one (1) year of vocational experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in onboarding and recruitment processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
- Reliable with time-sensitive deadlines and tasks
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity
