You will lead end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and scale AI solutions with a strong focus on impact and data-driven HR practices across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HR transformation or Digital HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and translating requirements into HR use cases.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on, results-focused delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management in complex, international settings.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of the global HR AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across the employee lifecycle.
• Translate HR needs into scalable, value-driven AI solutions with clear KPIs.
• Design and evolve a scalable HR AI ecosystem with copilots and automation.
• Create a seamless One HR AI Experience for employees and managers.
• Lead end-to-end execution from ideation to pilot to global rollout.
• Foster governance, responsible AI practices and compliance across HR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
