Job summary

HARTING Technology Group in Elgin, Illinois seeks an HR AI Expert to shape the future of HR with AI. The hybrid role will drive a global HR AI agenda, develop scalable AI solutions, and deliver measurable value across the employee lifecycle.

You will define priorities, lead end-to-end initiatives from ideation to pilot and rollout, and ensure governance and responsible AI practices across the international HR community enabling a data-driven, human-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation, Digital HR, or HR technologies with hands-on exposure to AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including GenAI, intelligent automation, copilots, and data-driven HR use cases.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management in complex, international environments.
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the global HR AI strategy, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and success measurement.
• Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across the employee lifecycle (Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Planning).
• Translate HR needs into scalable AI solutions with clear KPIs and measurable business impact.
• Design and evolve a scalable HR AI ecosystem with GenAI copilots and intelligent automation.
• Establish a seamless One HR AI Experience as the central entry point for employees and managers.
• Lead end-to-end execution from ideation to pilot to global rollout.
• Act as an AI catalyst for HR, driving enablement, adoption and governance across the global HR community.
