Job Summary

This role serves as the primary contact for HR inquiries, policy interpretation, investigations, and employee relations issues. The HR Advisor supports managers and associates by providing guidance, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to inquiries from associates regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Guide managers in handling complex employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
3. Investigate employee complaints and disputes, providing resolutions.
4. Research salary/wage discrepancies and ensure policy compliance.
5. Advise on reductions in force, layoffs, and related procedures.
6. Coordinate with legal counsel and escalate issues as appropriate.
7. Assist with special projects and translation duties if bilingual.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a large organization.
3. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
4. Proficiency in HR software and legal knowledge across states.
5. Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
