Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience guiding employees and management on compensation matters is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating major HR programs.
• Provide advice to management and employee groups on HR issues and regulations.
• Implement HR programs, procedures, and processes.
• Recommend policy improvements and monitor actions to resolve issues.
• Advise management on HR-related decisions and data-driven issues.
• Provide training to managers on HR topics and procedures.
• Gather and analyze data to support decision making and policy development.
• Maintain system data, records, and reporting; support data transfers to vendors.
