U.S. Bank's HR Advisory Services team is hiring an HR Advisor to manage complex cases at the intersection of employee experience, regulatory compliance, and business needs.

In this role, HR Advisors handle ADA, LOA, FMLA and accessibility matters, using strong judgment and tailored analysis to reach practical solutions. You will partner with leaders to navigate sensitive situations, promote equitable outcomes, and support an inclusive workplace, with location-based expectations and standard

Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or associated HR position.

Mansioni

• Manage complex HR cases in ServiceNow related to ADA, LOA, FMLA and accessibility.
• Balance legal risk, employee needs and business objectives to develop practical solutions.
