HR Elements in Cincinnati is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Advisor to deliver top-tier HR strategy and guidance across our client partnerships. You will mentor colleagues, shape HR programs, and provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic consulting environment.

In this role you will build trusted relationships with business leaders, assess and improve HR programs, develop policies, and advise on employee relations and culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, and senior-level certification.
• Proven ability to guide HR strategy and compliance in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and provide strategic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
• Assess HR programs and recommend improvements that align with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Develop, revise, and help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day advice on employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional HR Elements services such as Organizational Development, HCM, or recruiting.
• Drive positive organizational change and culture management initiatives.
• Stay current on HR trends and regulations, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to our clients.
